At last night’s Oscar after-parties, the naked-dressing trend showed no signs of stopping; although some were more subdued than others. Kendall Jenner wore a sheer, body-hugging look from Maison Margiela Artisanal’s spring/summer 2024 collection was strategically lined, and Emma Stone , who was celebrating her win for Best Actress, debuted a sheer sequined ensemble from Nicolas Ghesquiere’s 10th anniversary collection for Louis Vuitton, which was on the runways just five days prior.
Stone wore a fun lavender lingerie set underneath for a bit of modesty. Others, like Anitta and Florence Pugh decided to #freethenipple on the red carpet. The singer wore a chainmail piece from Kim Jones’s most recent spring/summer 2024 couture collection for Fendi, while Florence Pugh’s sheer peplum look was designed by Simone Rocha for Jean Paul Gaultier couture.
