BREAKING: South Korea says North Korea has fired a new round of artillery shells into maritime buffer zones Friday evening.
The missile launched Friday traveled 650-700 kilometers at a maximum altitude of 50 kilometers before landing in waters between the Korean Peninsula and Japan, according to South Korean and Japanese assessments.
