The victim told police she was in her home in Clifton working on an arts and crafts project when two men dressed in black and wearing surgical masks entered.
A 73-year-old Passaic County woman was robbed Sunday afternoon by two men who broke into her house as she worked on an art project, bound her with duct tape and stole valuables, authorities said
“She originally thought nothing of it and believed it to be a family member,” Clifton police said in a statement. One of the men threw the woman onto the floor and used duct tape she had for her project to tie her up and cover her mouth, police said.
