In 2009 Kym Marsh's son Archie died moments after he was born 18 weeks prematurely, but for the former Coronation Street star Archie has always been part of the family.
Kym also has two older children – David, 28, and singer and actress Emilie, 26 – who now have families of their own, and she says Archie lives on through those grandchildren. The actress also, in an exclusive chat with OK!, said she sometimes imagines what sort of boy Archie might have become. “So I think he probably would have looked very similar to Pol. And whatever he was like he would have been very, very loved. He is very, very loved.”
For all these years, she’s been unable to part with his ashes, keeping them in an engraved box. But when they discovered that Dave didn’t have long left, Kym made a brave decision.
