Robert McCabe was caught on camera by sister Sharon
A mum-of-three who watched her own brother lace her milk with laxatives on camera during a bitter bust-up over in the inheritance of their family home has spoken after he found himself in court. Robert McCabe, 69, carried out the sickening act amid the 'sibling squabble' that went too far.

Their mother had previously rented the home from the council, Daniel Lister, prosecuting, said.
Sharon said: "I used the milk to make porridge. A couple of days later, I smelled it and was instantly alarmed. It smelled very chemically, there was something not right. "Then, I went upstairs and used the second carton of milk, which I knew was safe." It wasn't long before McCabe was rumbled. Video footage showed McCabe holding a 'white piece of paper' over the milk and 'tipping something' into it - later discovered to be a laxative.
