Caroline Gore's family said they're 'heartbroken' over her death
Caroline Gore, 44, was discovered by officers who were called to Douglas House in Scholes near the town centre at around 8pm on Monday night . She was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services, Greater Manchester Police .
A man has now been charged with her murder the force said in a statement issued tonight. David Liptrot, 56, of Shelley Avenue, Coppull, Lancashire, has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court tomorrow morning, MEN reports.

Caroline's family paid tribute to the mum, they said: "We as a family are heartbroken and saddened at the loss of Caroline Gore. A dearly loved mum, daughter and sister has been tragically taken way too soon.
"At this time we as a family ask for privacy and show respect for Caroline and her memory.
