Deborah Underhill is rallying the community to turn the alley behind her house into a place for people to enjoy their free time
Deborah Underhill has lived on Jermyn Street in Toxteth for six years and asked the council to clear the alleyway that runs behind her home and Cairns Street since May.

I hear scrambling in my walls so I know we have mice as well. There was electrical equipment, kitchen sinks, broken glass, and dog faeces.”
