Anyone with information on the crash or who was driving in the area on 6th Avenue at the time of the crash is asked to contact the Lakewood Police
Police said they do not know if the Audi hit the motorcycle when the driver changed lanes or if the car forced the motorcycle out of its lane, but the motorcycle hit an SUV next to it. The motorcycle rider then lost control of the motorcycle and went down on the right shoulder.The driver of the newer model Audi with LED headlights did not stay at the scene.
