Mortal Kombat 2's behind-the-scenes images reveal the movie's new logo, which may tie to the introduction to Karl Urban's Hollywood hero, Johnny Cage.
Mortal Kombat 2's new logo, seemingly inspired by new character Johnny Cage, gets revealed as filming on the sequel kicks off. The sequel to Warner Bros. adaptation of NetherRealm's bloody fighting game franchise will continue the journey of Lewis Tan's Cole Young as a new Mortal Kombat tournament is held to determine the fate of the world.
Lin shared a photo of a clapperboard from the set that gives a first glimpse at the sequel's logo, which features a dragon coiled around a glowing green "II." The new logo potentially features a nod to Urban's Johnny Cage's unique energies passed down through his family that materializes when he uses these powers in combat.
