A Fort Worth developer is planning a three-building business park in South Fort Worth.
The buildings are on the way in the Carter Park East industrial complex, a 556-acre project under construction south of Interstate 20. Fort Worth-based developer Rob Riner Cos. is building the 560,000-square-foot project, according to planning documents filed with the state.The next phase will cost almost $42 million.Riner has been in business since 2006 and has built more than 4 million square feet of projects valued at $200 million.
