Rain remains on the radar for San Antonio for the first half of Monday as temperatures...
"The noticeable thing will be tomorrow morning and Wednesday morning, the overnight lows," Quigley said."The city proper shouldn't be too terrible morning, but Wednesday morning they will fall into the mid-to-low 40s, people will notice that. We'll rebound Wednesday and see highs in the mid-80s by Friday."
Quigley said he expects the rain to continue through the first half of Monday, although the bulk of"measurable rainfall" has probably ended. The San Antonio area saw about a tenth to two-tenths of an inch of rain Monday morning, with San Antonio International Airport measuring 0.17 inches of rain. "It dries out past this frontal passage," Quigley said."Chances wind down this afternoon, and in our current forecast, which goes into early next week, there are no additional rainfall chances."
Rainfall is more common in fall and spring months in the area, Quigley said, and San Antonio is currently coming out of the summer when things dry out. As the area gets deeper into the fall months and into the winter, rain could become more likely.
