A Monaco-based magazine has been accused of disrespecting Carlos Sainz after already portraying Lewis Hamilton in Ferrari colours alongside Charles Leclerc.
The timing of the announcement of Hamilton’s Ferrari switch has created an unusual situation where both he and Sainz are spending the entire F1 2024 season with their current teams in the knowledge that they will part ways at the end of the year. Sainz, meanwhile, is nowhere in sight, with the decision to omit the Spaniard drawing a furious reaction on social media.Another said: “Wow Carlos is really being left behind by everyone while he’s still driving for Ferrari.”
