Horrifying video footage captured the moment a police officer killed two dogs following an attack on a woman.
A distressing video of the incident was shared online and showed residents of surrounding flats standing on their balconies and shouting for officers to stop.
The person who recorded the video could be heard shouting: ‘Oh my God! Are you okay? Don’t shoot!
