Oakley Carlson, 6, was last seen alive in February 2021. Court records show she was locked in a 'cell' by her parents, who are not cooperating with investigators.
Oakley Carlson is pictured in an age-regressed picture provided by the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Department. She would now be six years old, but she has not been seen since February 2021.
Bowers has fought the release of these records, arguing that those concerning her other children are not"involved" in Oakley's disappearance and that their unsealing would violate her constitutional protections from undue search and seizure. When they saw no sign of the girl and were told by siblings that"there is no Oakley," they contacted police.
