Billy McCoy, 78, was last seen on foot in the 2900 block of Duncanville Road about 10 a.m. He uses a walker and may need assistance, police said.
McCoy is described as a white man, 5-foot-8 and weighing about 155 pounds. He has blue eyes, blonde or gray hair and a white beard, police said.
