Millie Mackintosh has given an insight into the 'honest side' of her life in a raw new Instagram post, where the former Made In Chelsea star admitted struggles she has been dealing with recently.
The mother-of-two, who is married to Hugo Taylor, also opened up about her struggles with body confidence and juggling work with 'mum guilt' while parenting her daughters; Sienna, three, and Aurelia, two. In another slide, which featured a picture from the gym, Millie explained that she is becoming 'more aware' of negative thoughts she is having about her own body, sharing that she is working to 'be kinder' to herself through therapy sessions.
This is not the first time that Millie has been praised for her candid nature online, recently detailing the aesthetic treatments and surgery she has undergone as she encouraged more people in the public eye to be open on the topic.
