It has a preparation, targets, expectations and goals of everything that you do. But it’s all about winning and improving and I think we do a good job of that.
“I don’t think there’s a coach in the game of football that doesn’t want to try to have another good player to add to his football team. And I always go back to it, I tell the players all the time ‘I’ve won one Super Bowl, and it took 77 players to win that Super Bowl.’ And so I love the guys we have -- the work ethic of this group is special. And so I definitely think we can continue to grow throughout.
