After months of back and forth, the UK's Competition and Markets Authority has fully approved Microsoft's $69 billion takeover of Activision Blizzard.
Microsoft has cleared the last major roadblock in its quest to acquire Activision Blizzard. After blocking the deal back in April, the Competition and Markets Authority has now approved Microsoft's takeover of the Call of Duty publisher, leaving both companies to finalize the deal.
