Michael Ball’s easy diet changes as he takes over Steve Wright’s Love Songs show

Singer and radio DJ Michael Ball completely overhauled his lifestyle after becoming unhappy with how he looked on stage, and shared his very simple weight loss tips

Michael Ball has undergone quite the transformation over recent years, having noticeably slimmed down. The singer and actor has been open about his weight loss journey over the years, having previously spoke about having to gain weight for stage roles.

Revealing the moment that kickstarted his weight loss journey, Michael continued: “I was doing some summer gigs and we’ve got enormous screens on either side of the stage. I looked up and thought ‘I'm not happy with the way that looks’. Michael is due to replace late radio DJ Steve Wright on Sunday Love Songs, beginning on 2 June. Steve sadly died in February at the age of 69 at his Marylebone home.
