More settled conditions are forecast for our region on Saturday and Sunday
According to the Met Office, showers are forecast in our region today and tomorrow. Today will feel chilly, with the temperature only reaching around 15C this afternoon.
Saturday is set to feel warmer, with the temperature reaching 21C in the afternoon. Forecasters predict it will be mostly cloudy and dry. The Met Office said 'unseasonably warm air' is moving across the UK from the south. In the latest Met Office 10 Day Trend video, Presenter and Meteorologist Alex Burkill said: "The jet steam is going to push its way northwards ahead of the weekend, which will allow for some very warm air to come in from the south.
