Only 51.7 percent of Black men do. “This disproportionate and unfortunate rate of death means we have to try to be much more preventative,” Brauer said.The study’s researchers compared diagnosis data from the National Cancer Database from 2004 to 2018 in White, Black, Asian, American Indian/Alaska Native, and Hispanic men.
