On Thursday, the “Working Girl” star, 65, and the only child of Antonio Banderas headed to Chris McMillan Salon in Beverly Hills for a mother-and-daughter pampering session. Griffith looked stylish in a black turtleneck, checkered midi skirt and black boots.
