Emmie, from Manchester, was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2017 and while being treated in the hospital, she envisioned a place where parents of sick children can meet and chat while enjoying a three-course meal. Emmie's Kitchen has now fed roughly 1,500 people. “We were thinking of what we could do to help the hospital out because they helped me,” Emmie said.
