For the longest time, Agatha: Coven of Chaos has been keeping details under wraps, especially with some of their new cast members, with many of them having been tapped for mystery roles. From Aubrey Plaza's rumored role to the massive speculation that Joe Locke is playing Wiccan, the MCU project is bound to have some major surprises. However, a new casting update is foreshadowing that the MCU is possibly getting ready to set up a very special superhero.
Jennifer actually debuted in Man-Thing's original comic run and was a supporting player for Dr. Ted Sallis before her role within Marvel was expanded. If Marvel Studios intend to bring Man-Thing back, having Jennifer join forces with him would be an organic direction for her. Jennifer could also be someone that Doctor Strange turns to, as they have connections in the comics, including him recruiting her to take part in a team called the Witches.
How Jennifer Kale's Comic Stories Hint At Her MCU Future Jennifer's MCU debut is also coming at an interesting time, nearly two years after Werewolf by Night and the recent conclusion of Secret Invasion on Disney+. With the MCU not shying away from bringing in less famous characters, having Jennifer arrive in Agatha: Coven of Chaos is telling that Marvel Studios is setting up a new generation of heroes for the franchise.
