The initial results from Matthew Perry's autopsy have been revealed and offer fresh details about Friends star’s final moments.
Tributes have poured in across the world following the news of Perry’s death, including fellow stars, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer, saying in a joint statement that they were "more than cast mates. We are a family".The first drug tests aren't as in depth as the full toxicology reports that are still pending but for the time being, meth or fentanyl overdose as the cause of death, reports TMZ.
Perry has thoroughly documented his history of struggles with addiction, not least in his candid memoir published last year. He developed an addiction to Vicodin following a 1997 jet skiing, an opioid painkiller drug.
