The man was wearing a mask and carried a realistic-looking airsoft gun and suspected drugs outside a Cumberland County elementary school Thursday, according to state police.
State police charged 20-year-old Zachary Kramer of Carlisle with risking catastrophe and other charges from the incident.
State police received numerous phone calls saying that Kramer was seen on West Pine Street in Mount Holly Springs with the mask and airsoft guns. This sent local schools into lockdown, according to state police. When police arrived to West Pine Street to confront Kramer, he ran away, police said. Shortly after, police caught up and arrested him.
Police found an airsoft gun, drug paraphernalia and what police suspect were drugs inside the backpack, they said.In addition to being charged with risking catastrophe, Kramer was arrested for evading arrest, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.READ MORE:
