Diego Simeone isn't a favourite at Celtic Park after refusing to shake Brendan Rodgers' hand in the home leg and he's done little to endear himself again.
Martin O'Neill wasn't best pleased with Diego Simeone for 'gallivanting' down the touchline to get Daizen Maeda sent off against Atletico Madrid - as it reminded him of himself in the Hoops dugout.
The resulting scenes saw Atletico boss Simeone up and down the touchline with the controversial manager aiming to see Maeda dismissed, something that didn't stick well in the thoughts of O'Neill - as it reminded him of how he used to be in similar scenarios. And the former Hoops gaffer didn't hold back in his criticism of the Argentine.
