The sprawling fifth-floor residence is inside a former corset factory built in 1890 that was converted into condos in 2000.The Loft is located on a coveted cobblestone block, and it’s also where rocker Lenny Kravitz once sold his triplex penthouse to Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz.
Kravitz first listed his penthouse there for $19.5 million in 2007. Keys and Beatz bought it in 2010 for $12.75 million, according to records. Past residents have also included Courtney Love who lived in the building around the time it first opened in 2000.A look at the home’s open living space.
