Jose Soto, 53, of Passaic will also be subject to three years of supervised release following his prison sentence, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New Jersey said. Soto and his partner, Nicholas Ortiz, were wearing masks when they entered a PNC Bank in Passaic on Feb. 6, 2020, officials said. The men ordered employees and customers to the ground and left with about $35,000 in cash, authorities said.
