Magisterial District Judge Andrew LeFever denied Mobley bail after his arrest on Sunday, describing the 18-year-old as a flight risk and “a major threat to the community,” according to court records. He is being held at Lancaster County Prison. Mobley ran south on Poplar Street and onto New Dorwart Street after the shooting, the affidavit said.
