Advertisement Martinez has had a torrid time with injuries during his second season with United, missing almost four months due to a foot injury sustained in September and before suffering a knee injury just four games into his return. The Argentinian only made his comeback from that knee issue against , having replaced the injured Lindelof in the 69th minute. That was only Martinez’s 11th United appearance of the season.
