Manchester United and England legend Wayne Rooney has named his best and worst team-mates during his professional football career.
Throughout his career, the England star played with some of the greatest players of his generation, includingNow, the current boss of Championship side Birmingham has revealed his best team-mate - and a player he found the toughest to play alongside."There were a few - John O'Shea, Wes Brown, Michael Carrick - we were all really close. After spells at West Brom and Stoke, Fletcher retired from playing in 2019, and is now back at Old Trafford as the club's technical director. Nani, meanwhile, was one of United's most technically gifted players throughout his eight-year spell at the club, and was known for his trickery and incredible skill on the ball.The Portuguese winger, now 36, left United in the same summer as Fletcher and has since played in Turkey, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the United States.
He also had a short spell with Australian A-League side Melbourne Victory last year, and currently plays for Turkish side Adana Demirspor - who are managed by Barcelona and Ajax legend Patrick Kluivert.
