A Watford man will be sentenced at crown court after he took pictures of kids on the bus - despite his sexual harm order.
Martin James Willmin, 53, was prohibited from owning a mobile phone with a camera after a sexual harm order was made on August 18, 2011.St Albans Magistrates’ Court also heard that he took pictures of kids on a bus in Watford on the same day.
Willmin failed to comply with notification requirements as he used an alias of Martin James without registering his name with police and used two unregistered bank cards within three days of receipt.Now Willmin – who is listed to have aliases including “A***hole”, “Muppet”, “Martin Andrew Rodrigues” “Andrew Spiers” and other names - has been committed to St Albans Crown Court for sentencing on July 22.
