A man has been left with life-changing injuries after a 'sickening' attack in a park in Old Trafford.
He was taken to hospital where he remains with life-changing injuries. An investigation into the attack is now underway. Detectives are working to establish the full circumstances of the incident and are asking any witnesses, or anyone in the local area who knows anything, to come forward. Detective Inspector Chris Mannion of GMP’s Complex Safeguarding Team in Trafford said: "This is a sickening attack on an individual that has left him with some horrific and ultimately life changing injuries.
