Brody Sieber, 39, of Parsons Avenue, was indicted on two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault and one count of having weapons under disability in the deaths of Glen Clark, 50, and Nicholas Dowler, 34. The felonious assault charges stem from two other adult victims suffering from gunshot wounds on Aug. 1, the night Dowler and Clark were killed, police said.Officers said they responded to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of Rumsey Road at 9:41 p.m. on Aug. 1.
