Man fatally stabbed near gas station in San Ysidro [Breaking]
A man was stabbed in the chest and killed near a gas station in San Ysidro early Wednesday, San Diego police said.Officers found the victim and started first aid. Paramedics took him to a hospital, where he died, police said.What led up to the stabbing was not immediately known, Lt. Steve Shebloski told OnScene TV. He said it appeared the man was stabbed at a vacant building and then walked to the gas station.
Detectives were gathering evidence and searching for witnesses and surveillance video, Shebloski said.
