Man dies after house is '100% damaged in 'explosion'
Police were called to Spalding, Lincs, following reports of a blast in the early hours of this morning.The man, aged in his 50s, was tragically declared dead at the scene.Police said the home suffered "100 per cent damage" following the blaze.
A spokesman said: "The cause of the fire is under investigation, and we are keeping an open mind as experts from Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service investigate today."Officers will remain in the area for the next few days carrying out inquiries."
