Homeless man charged with shoving Michelle Go to her death in front of subway train is ruled mentally unfit to stand trial
Martial Simon, 61, has been deemed unfit for trial by two court-appointed psychiatrists. He has been released into the custody of the Department of Mental Health and Hygiene until he can be deemed fit for trial and will stay in a facility.
