The three men were charged with interference with duties of a public servant.
According to court records, the person who was killed was paid to commit the robbery so the victim could get a"U visa."A man by the name of William Winfrey has been charged with murder after he allegedly helped set up the robbery, court records revealed. Surveillance video captured the incident that showed someone appearing to pistol-whip a man who was pumping gas at a gas station. Court records identified that someone as Rashauud Scott.
The surveillance video then shows a bystander appearing to step in and shoot Scott who's running away. After the shooting, the bystander is seen going over to the robbery victim before getting back in his car and taking off.
