He is due to appear at Omagh Magistrates’ Court
A man has been charged with driving with excess alcohol in breath following a two vehicle collision on the A5 in Co Tyrone on Saturday.
The emergency services were called to the collision in the Beltany Road area of Omagh on Saturday, April 20, at around 9.30pm. Following the incident a 30-year-old man was arrested and has since been charged with driving with excess alcohol in breath and will appear at Omagh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 14.A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police have charged a 30-year-old man to court following a two vehicle road traffic collision in the Beltany Road area of Omagh at approximately 9.30pm on Saturday 20th April.
