But the man, wearing a black shirt and cap, wouldn’t relent, and told the students they should go to the library instead if they want to study.A student who was present at the scene told Shin Min that the man is a frequent visitor of the area and would sometimes arrive as early as 6am.
According to the student, on the date of the incident, the man left the area for a long period of time. When he returned, he threw a tantrum in front of the students. “However, he kept saying we were having a party, even though everyone there was reviewing our lessons.”
