San Antonio police were called to the 500 block of East Quincy Street at about 11:30 a.m. for reports of a shooting. There, they found a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound on his shoulder. Officers said the two men got into a physical fight when the suspect pulled out a handgun, shot his brother and fled.Shortly after the shooting, officers on patrol spotted the suspect’s vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The suspect fled from police but was stopped on Loop 410 after a brief chase.
