Miguel Angel Moreno, 60, is accused of killing Flor Aidee Vega by striking her with a blunt object, according to the criminal complaint filed against him.after he was accused of concealing Vega's body inside a U-Haul box last month outside of his apartment, court records show.He was captured on video moving the box down a flight of stairs and in front of another apartment, according to court documents filed with the Harris County District Court's office.
