A man has died after being crushed by a tree in the Borders, emergency officials have said.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were called to the incident in woodland near Blackhouse Farm, Eyemouth, at about 8.40am on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers received a report of the death of a 50-year-old man at a farm in Eyemouth around 8.45am on Monday, April 29, 2024.We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories.
