Mallorca in downtown Cleveland has two dinners coming up – one is a special Halloween-themed dine in the dark and the other features a new Bourbon.In celebration of fall, the restaurant is bringing back a Halloween edition of “wine and dine in the dark.”
The five-course dinner will start with appetizers in candlelight, followed by two courses with blindfolds and two in candlelight, then dessert in candlelight. Dinner-in-the-dark dishes offer a sensory experience to understand flavor in a fresh, unbiased way. Favors and blindfolds are included, and costumes are welcome but not required. Prizes for best costumes will be awarded.Also, the restaurant has scheduled a four-course dinner featuring Uncle Nearest’s latest Bourbon. Four Bourbons will be served along with a “new fashion” – a cocktail with an Uncle Nearest blend infused with flavors of Spain.The dinner is 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4.
