'Generations of Beauty' encourages people globally to connect with loved ones virtually at a time when all must remain socially distant.
Makeup MuseumDue to the coronavirus pandemic, like so many events, the launch is on hold and visitors will have to wait a little longer to see the exploration of a past era's cosmetics icons and artifacts. But in the meantime, the museum has launched an interactive online exhibit of sorts that will not only delight viewers but also foster meaningful connections and conversations during this socially isolated time.
Anyone who'd like to submit their own intergenerational beauty interview to the campaign can send a video or photo with a description of the conversation, participants' full names, and written approval for usage of the content to [email protected]. But even if you don't have the opportunity to speak to a beloved elder about their beauty memories, you can still help the Generations of Beauty campaign make an important impact.
