Lyndon Dykes has been ruled out of the Scotland squad for Euro 2024 through injury.
The striker had been named in Steve Clarke's side and was involved in training this week.Now, an update from the national team has confirmed Dykes will be unavailable for the tournament finals in Germany this summer.
It is not yet known whether a replacement will be called up to the Scotland squad with Dykes now unavailable for the tournament.A Scotland national team update read:"Following an injury in training yesterday, Lyndon Dykes has been ruled out of the squad for UEFA EURO 2024.The 28-year-old former Livingston forward played in all eight of the qualifiers, starting five of them, and scoring once.
Scotland are due to jet out to Faro before Monday's friendly match against Gibraltar. The national team will then face Finland at Hampden on June 7.
