A new store has opened in Nottingham city centre
on Middle Pavement, just off Bridlesmith Gate in an area known for its fashion. Mint Duck has opened its doors to the public and offers a range of designer clothing.
"We opened on Saturday and its been really good as we've been really busy. We still have lots to do in terms of promotion and marketing but it's been really good. We were especially busy on Sunday," she said. "We are in a really good position and the fact that we are so close to places like Jo Malone, Paul Smith or Stick and Ribbon is great for us. There are lots of cafes opening around here so the footfall is very good. This area is reclaiming its fashion hub reputation and we want to get people back into the city as opposed to shopping online."
The team has launched a competition in collaboration with Jling children's streetwear brand to offer a local kid's team the chance to win a full kit. The winners will be drawn at random with a presentation in store for the lucky team.
