Max George joked about popping the big question on TikTok with girlfriend Maisie Smith as they enjoyed a date night at Frankie and Benny's. The pair confirmed their relationship last February two years after first meeting on Strictly.

Their romance blossomed a few years after they met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020.
Clearly totally smitten, the pair have previously joked about getting engaged on a number of occasions. On one, Max was on TV show The Chase when Bradley Walsh asked when the big day was – something plenty of fans may have already been wondering. ‘Funny you mention it…’ Max smoothly replied, reaching into his pocket, as Maisie – pulling out all her acting guns – took her shocked response to the joke very seriously.
