MAFS' Martha details 'hard' pregnancy as she loses 10kg from hyperemesis gravidarum
Martha Kalifatidis has detailed how her severe pregnancy symptoms have caused her to lose 10kg in just five weeks.
In a clip shared on her Instagram account, she quipped: "It hasn't been this exciting and wonderful time for us. I feel like I don't want to sound like I'm complaining - you know we are so excited we are so happy. She continued: “I was so sick. I could not eat or drink anything. There were days I didn't even get up to pee.Martha said she spent a lot of time in and out of the emergency room because she could not get any “relief” from her symptoms. Fortunately, the star was able to receive “life-changing” medication from an “amazing” doctor.In the video, the couple said they had hoped to share their exciting news with their fans “but it was hard”.
Alongside the life update post the couple wrote: "It's been a minute since we've been online so we wanted to explain our situation and make a little bit of an announcement - and that is that Martha is pregnant. "
